Most Memorable Super Bowl Ads for 2015

Advertisers did all sorts of interesting things with Super Bowl XLIX this year. Turns out that this was a record-breaking year for social media reach for the Super Bowl as well. [Check out more info at:]

Though many were creative, some ads were much more liked than others. There seemed to be quite a few themes rolling around, with one of the most noticeable being the whole “dad theme.” With Dove Men + Care’s “Calls for Dad,” Nissan’s “With Dad,” and Toyota’s “One Bold Choice,” advertisers were definitely looking to play on the emotions of fatherhood this year.

Another theme was the use of popular celebrities, again some seeming to go over better than others. Kim Kardashian with T-Mobile’s #KimsDataStash, Mindy Kaling and Matt Damon in Nationwide’s “Invisible Mindy Kaling,” Liam Neeson in Clash of Clans’ “Revenge,” Danny Trejo and Steve Bescemi in Snicker’s “The Brady Bunch,” Brian Cranston in Esurance’s “Say My Name,” Katie Couric and Bryant Gumbel in BMW’s “Newfangled Idea,” and Pierce Brosnan in Kia Sorento’s “The Perfect Getaway” are just a few of the many celebrities used this year.

All in all, the Super Bowl commercials this year were a hit and miss… but when are they not? Whether people liked them or not, there sure was a lot of buzz surrounding them.

I think the five most memorable ads to me this year were (in no particular order):

{Note: I don’t necessarily mean best or worst with this list, just most memorable}

Which ads did you like the most? Did any of them really miss the mark to you?
